The Free State farming community near Ficksburg has a collection of historical locomotives and trains. Some of the trains stand surrounded by the cosmos fields. (Cosmos is a type of daisy very popular in South Africa). The flowers have mainly a pink and white colour. The flowers are made of strawberry and snow quartz, rhodochrosite and rhodonite. The train is made of red jasper, labradorite, obsidian and other dark gemstones.
