I was born in Poland. I have resided in South Africa since 1982 and lived here in Cape Town, Bloemfontein and Grahamstown. In 2014 I retired to the small and beautiful town of Port Alfred (150 km from Port Elizabeth).

My interest in gemstones (semiprecious stones) dates since the time when I lived in Cape Town in the late eighties. I started “painting” with the gemstones in 1994 and since then this form of art became my passion.
